2)Where do you ship to?

Noravelia currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.


3)How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


4)How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping delivery time is 6–12 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping delivery time is 5–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


5)How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is free for orders of $69.00 or more.
For orders between $1.00 and $68.99, the Standard Shipping fee is $9.90.
Expedited Shipping is available for $19.90.


6)Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.


7)What payment methods do you accept?

Noravelia accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout.
All payments are processed in USD.


8)Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to eligibility conditions.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to an error by Noravelia.
