At Noravelia, we are committed to delivering high-quality, ready-made 3D-printed products in a reliable and transparent manner.
Please review the information below to understand how orders are processed and shipped.


1)Shipping Destination

Noravelia currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2)Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Order processing does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the shipping carrier.


3)Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Noravelia offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
Orders with a total value of $69.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders with a total value between $1.00 and $68.99 are charged $9.90 for standard shipping.
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping
The shipping fee for expedited shipping is $19.90.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not on the order date.


4)Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable U.S. domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable logistics providers, depending on destination and service availability.


5)Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipment.

Tracking details are provided by third-party carriers and are subject to their system updates.


6)Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Noravelia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, or if tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact us within 5 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.


7)Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Noravelia as soon as possible.
Supporting photos or documentation may be required to assist with investigation and resolution.
