This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from Noravelia.

2)Return Eligibility

Noravelia accepts return or exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
The product must be returned with all original parts and components included.
The product must be returned in packaging that adequately protects it during transit.
Valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is required.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.


3)Non-Returnable Items

Because Noravelia sells finished 3D-printed physical products, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange based on their condition after delivery.

Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products that have been modified, painted, altered, assembled incorrectly, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items returned with missing components or in a condition that prevents resale may be deemed ineligible.


4)Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Noravelia by email at support@noravelia.com within the return eligibility period.
The request must include the order number and a clear description of the reason for the return or exchange.
Photos or additional information may be requested to verify product condition before approval.
Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5)Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to an error by Noravelia.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is the result of a Noravelia error.


6)Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, Noravelia will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.


7)Exchanges

If an exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchange shipments follow the standard delivery timeframes outlined in the Shipping Policy.


8)Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Noravelia must be notified within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Clear photos or documentation may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.


9)Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not been received within the stated timeframe, customers should first contact their payment provider.
